Artist and writer Scott MacLeod has been based in the Bay Area since 1976 and currently lives in Oakland. He has exhibited widely in the Bay Area and Europe. He has received a few awards including the San Francisco Art Institute’s Adaline Kent Award (2000) anda Wallace Alexander Gerbode Visual Arts Award (2001). So far in 2009 he has shown drawings at Room For Painting Room For Paper and an installation at SFMOMA as part of The Art of Participation exhibition.
